Layla Tov (Hebrew for “Good Night”) is an NGO which began as a joint initiative of bar and club owners together with nightlife goers aimed at minimizing sexual harassment and sexual violence in the nightlife scene.

We are dedicated to creating an enjoyable, safe and harassment-free space for women and men in the nightlife scene so that everyone is free to dance, drink and enjoy their time. This begins by adopting a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and sexual violence and offering full support to anyone who is assaulted or harassed in any way.

״לילה טוב״ היא עמותה שנולדה כיוזמה משותפת של בעלי ברים ומועדונים יחד עם בלייניות ובליינים, שמטרתה לצמצם את תופעת ההטרדות והתקיפות המיניות בחיי הלילה. כולנו מחויבות ומחויבים ליצור מרחב בטוח וכיפי לבלייניות ולבליינים של חיי הלילה, באווירה של אפס סובלנות כלפי הטרדות מיניות ותמיכה מלאה במי שחשה או חש מוטרד.
